La pizza è quella cosa alla quale da sessant’anni dedichiamo attenzione quotidiana. La tradizione Tramontina, la scelta di farine biologiche macinate a pietra Molino Rosso, il lievito madre, una lunga lievitazione ed una cottura lenta conferiscono ai nostri prodotti croccantezza digeribilità e un sapore unico. Per noi la Pasta è una cosa seria; che sia di farina, di patate, di semola o all’uovo pensiamo vado affidata a mani sapienti. Gli gnocchi vengono tagliati uno ad uno e gli sciallatielli come tradizione impastati con la semola e tirati lunghi come teli. E per finire con una dolce coccola, sua maestà il tiramisù, preparato con uova biologiche e buon caffè.
